Jumanji is back Baby!!!, it came with a Bang, do y’all remember the  1995 version that raked over 200 million dollars Although they were mixed feelings about the movie, it really turned out to be hilarious and interesting for me. As usual there is always the funny blend between Kevin and Dwayne, which always makes the movie funny and entertaining to watch. They kind of look like a perfect match, most people wonder how they have learnt to blend and act very funny movies almost every year considering their huge difference in size and in height. The whole new twist and disappearance into the “Jumanji World” made the movie an exciting one. The story line and the characters chosen were really almost perfect that even when the movie was over, people kept on laughing.

Director Jake Kasden was brilliant in his producing and editing of the movie. It was like we were in the movie, because for the game lovers it looked like playing a real game, but this time you are in it. The movie was also nice as the characters chosen by each student were almost the main opposite of what they really were in reality. The weak one became the strongest, the black bully became the weakest, the shy and timid girl became the hottest and strongest and while the slim sexy girl became the fattest. It reminded us of life how sometimes things turn out the opposite way in favor of others. The jungle location chosen was brilliant and it made the movie look like a real lost island in the middle of nowhere. The suspense was brilliant and it was really difficult to predict the next scene, the action and the chase by wild animals looks so real.

Kevin Hart who was known as “Fridge” in the movie and Dwayne Johnson who was known as “Spencer” were the lead actors of this hilarious movie. They actually did what they knew how to do best, a beautiful blend of action and comedy. The storyline this Christmas was kind of different with a new twist that made everyone attentive all through. It was one you needed to start from the very beginning to understand who they were in real life before entering into the “Jumanji” game. The main actors were a group of young high school students who had committed one offence or another in school. Five of them were brought together in a dirty underground room to clean it up that evening as their punishment. Well when they got there instead of cleaning they all got carried away, until one of them found an old abandoned video game called “Jumanji” the only weird thing about this game was that you had to disappear into the game, appear as the character you had clicked on and fight to save your life together as a team. You were also given only 3 lives and at the end of the 3 lives, you will be gone and never have the chance of returning to your families in reality. It was a scary game and you had to take it seriously or die. The exciting part of this movie which applied also to reality was that each one of them had their strengths and weakness which they were to use to advantage of the group so that they could all stay alive. It wasn’t about just one person, but about the success of the team and then being able to leave the island all alive.

The highlight of this movie was at the tail end when they had defeated the evil man of Jumanji and were to return back to their real bodies, Dwayne “Spencer” was already in love with his “fake Jumanji” body as that was what he needed in reality to go back and oppress all those who bullied him in school, while Kevin “Fridge” couldn’t just wait to go back and be the tall dark basket baller he was, so he could continue bullying the small guys. It was actually funny how life could be, at the point when you get what you have being fighting for you then start looking back and having double thoughts about the foolish little things you might miss out on. In all it was a brilliant story.
