BLOOD RED SKY (NETFLIX REVIEW)

If you are looking for something really exciting and interesting, then you might want to check this movie on Netflix. It started slowly and progressed quietly and quickly till the very end. I was glad I made out time to see it. Although some people feel differently about this movie, I kind of liked it and think you can give it a try.

Nadja has a young son who was about 8 years old. He was very intelligent and smart and acted way older than his age. The first scene started with the young boy checking in his luggage and that of his mum for a trip to another city. He got in early and checked in their bags and waited for his mum to arrive in the evening just in time for the flight. While he waited he made friends with some cool guys. She was ill and took some shots of her treatments from time to time to keep her fit. She was going on a trip to undergo a serious operation to save her life. Just a few minutes into the flight, they discover that the plane had being high-jacked and that a disaster was about to take place. Nadja wanted to protect her son and in the process she got herself shot by the high jackers, because she wasn’t going to listen to their command and remain seated.

Well, you will need to watch the entire movie to see how the plane was high-jacked, kept flying around the circles, until they ran out of fuel and had to land. It was a total disaster to be kidnapped in the air, as there was nowhere to run to or jump. I am sure you will have a good adrenaline pumping feeling watching this movie.

To my verdict I would say 7/10. I liked the story a bit, although not totally different from what we have seen before. The actions scenes were nice and I liked the fact that they painted that the movie was shot in the air, kind of looked real, and I liked the cinematography despite that at some point some people felt lost.
